Almost 9 months have been necessary to transform the old Museu del Vi into the restaurant that the well-known chef has opened at Carrer de la Cort Reial 4.
After several renovations, design decisions and redistribution, La Brutal has opened its doors to a public eager to savor the creations of Marc Rivas. Girona welcomes the restaurant with opened arms, which will surely bring a good volume of gastronomic tourism to the city.
“I promise to take care of you while respecting the territory and tradition. I promise to accompany you with good wines. I promise to give you sweet moments. I promise to share a brutal experience with you”.
